Yes. Every diagnostic is designed mobile-first. The credential you receive is formatted for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
The diagnostics are complimentary for individuals and leadership teams. We do not ask for a credit card. We do not sell your data. A partner tier exists for consulting firms who need white-label rights, API access, and custom branding.

We have no plans to gate the core instruments. If we introduce paid features, they will be additive — deeper analytics, historical trend lines, executive coaching integrations — never paywalls on the diagnostics themselves.
Your individual responses are encrypted at rest and never shared with other participants. We anonymise aggregate patterns for research. Benchmarking only happens with explicit consent. You can request full deletion at any time.
No. In a team session, the organiser sees the Coalition Map — which shows pattern, not score — and the Tension Map. They do not see your individual archetype, your dimension scores, or your Reckoning.
On infrastructure in the EU, with encryption in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for persistence and Vercel for edge delivery. Our security page lists the full posture, including SOC 2 alignment and penetration-testing schedule.
NORTH is a diagnostic, not an AI system in the regulatory sense. We do not use automated decision-making. Our data processing is grounded in legitimate interest and consent, and we provide the audit trail that helps you demonstrate your own compliance.

Yes. The credential is designed for LinkedIn, your wallet, and your board pack. It contains your archetype and dimension labels — not your raw scores. The verification code lets anyone confirm authenticity without exposing your data.
A retake of the same diagnostic, typically at 90 days, to measure whether an intervention actually moved the pattern. Rescores are particularly valuable for coaches and advisory practices who want to demonstrate progress.
There is no hard limit. The Coalition Map becomes meaningful at three completions and stabilises around seven. We have run sessions with fifty participants for executive offsites.
Yes. Many COOs and Chiefs of Staff run NORTH internally as a pre-board alignment tool. The brief is designed to be read without training. If you want support, our partner network can facilitate.
